IDENTIFICATION:
Guests are required to make reservations using the full name exactly as it appears on their passport, which will be used for travel purposes. Any alterations to a name after travel documents have been issued will result in clients being responsible for any associated name change fees, if applicable.

PAYMENTS: Reservations can be made online with major credit cards.
REFUNDS: All payments to Unique Stays & the We travel platform are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Unique Stays has contractual agreements with hotels, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
ROOMMATE MATCHING: Roommate matching is available for our female travelers for most tours. You will be matched with a roommate 30 days before your trip departure date.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary travel documents and MUST CONSULT with the relevant consulate(s) or visa agency to confirm any visa or passport requirements. Passports must remain valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the travel date. Some countries necessitate having a completely blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes. Information provided in the travel description is applicable solely to US citizens. Non-US citizens should verify current entry requirements with the respective consulate(s) of the country or countries to be visited. Unique Stays does not furnish or authenticate travel prerequisites for Non-US citizens. We highly recommend that all cruise passengers carry a valid passport while cruising.

Visas: If a visa is required and cannot be obtained upon arrival in your destination, you should make arrangements with the appropriate foreign consular representative, allowing enough time for mailing and processing. Alternatively, you may obtain a visa through a fee-based service. Please note that GEN VISA is unable to assist passengers who choose to apply for their visas directly.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Missing out on a vacation is disappointing, but losing the money you invested in it can be even more distressing. That's why we strongly advocate for Travel Insurance that includes coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss, and additional contingencies. It's mandatory for travelers to independently choose and acquire travel insurance for both domestic and international tours.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents and travel instructions will be sent via email and/or mail 30 days or earlier before travel.
PRICES: All prices listed are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature, such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. In case of human or computer error, or price change Unique Stays have the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.
AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN You have the option of automatic billing upon booking.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION
Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit, and the amount due and the monthly payment plan will be clearly noted.
Full Payment: All reservations can be paid in full at the time of booking as long as the tour still has available space.

Payments / Late Payments /Late Fees/ Cancellation: By booking a trip with Unique Stays, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms, conditions, and payment schedule. A payment schedule outlining due dates for payments will be provided upon booking. All payments must be submitted on time. In the event of a late payment, a late fee will be charged. After two instances of late payments, you forfeiting the funds paid, and your trip reservation will be canceled. In the event of trip reservation cancellation due to non-payment and associated late fees, there is an option to reinstate the reservation by paying a $200 reinstatement fee. To restore the account, all outstanding fees and late fees must be settled. If your trip is canceled due to a lack of communication or no communication or failure to submit travel-related documents by the deadline, your trip will be canceled. If all payments have been made, a $200 reinstatement fee will apply.
Late fees, ranging between $25 and $50, will be detailed and itemized for each specific trip. These late fees will be calculated and added to the Wetravel booking site as a late fee charge. All late fees will be posted after the last scheduled payment. All late fees must be settled 30 days prior to the trip.

FORCE MAJEURE
Unique Stays LLC functions as a hosting company and does not possess ownership, operation, management, or control over independent service suppliers or lodging facilities. Unique Stays is not accountable for their actions, omissions, or any potential price alterations.
There might be occasions when either party is incapable of fulfilling or continuing to perform under the travel contract due to circumstances beyond their control. These are termed force majeure events and, if they occur, render fulfilling the contract unadvisable, commercially impractical, illegal, or impossible. Such events encompass, but are not restricted to, acts of God, governmental actions, war or civil disturbances, uprising or rebellions, military operations, labor strikes, criminal or terrorist activities or threats, pandemics, epidemics, prevalent illnesses or health conditions in the travel area, earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning, explosions, unforeseen legislations, or any other event outside the reasonable control of either party. In the instance of a force majeure event, the parties will adhere to and follow the cancellation policies of the suppliers as well as the provisions stated in the travel proposal and these terms & conditions. Any alterations to these policies are solely at the discretion of the supplier (if applicable) and the Travel Agency. Passengers will be duly informed of their available options should a force majeure event arise.
Unique Accommodations: All rooms requested are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities unless you have specifically requested a king/ double size bed. Please note that room sizes in our unique lodging accommodations may vary from traditional hotel rooms. Also keep in consideration the use of air-conditioning and hot water abroad differs greatly from the United States. Unique lodging check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is before noon.
Meals: Are outlined in each itinerary, meals are typically not included unless otherwise mentioned. If meals are included special dietary requests will be collected and forward to the proper channel.
Transfers/ Luggage: Transfers will be detailed in each itinerary, generally not included unless specified otherwise. In cases where a group transfer is arranged, a limit on baggage will be enforced to ensure all luggage fits and travelers are comfortable in the van. Any extra baggage beyond the set limit will incur a handling charge of $25 per additional piece. Luggage 2 piece of luggage per person, One carry-on OR checked-luggage and a personal item. This means we are asking that you pack wisely.
Promotion and Solicitation
During participation in a Unique Stays trip, it is prohibited to engage in any form of solicitation or promotion for other travel groups, travel sites, travel companies, or affiliated groups. Advertising or displaying merchandise related to travel paraphernalia is also not permitted.

Sightseeing & Itinerary: Will be operated by motor vehicle, its size dictated by the number of participants. You are responsible for arriving on time for all scheduled tour times. Times listed in itineraries are approximate and meant only as guidelines. Some itineraries may have an early morning start time for sightseeing to complete the touring during daylight hours or avoid afternoon heat in tropical and desert climates. Arriving late may be considered a "no-show," in which case you will not be eligible for a refund for the unused service(s).
Individuals requiring assistance due to any form of disability should refer to the activity level specified for each trip. They are encouraged to select a trip that best accommodates their specific needs and level of mobility.
Group Vibe: In order to maintain a harmonious group dynamic, Unique Stays retains the right to accept, refuse, or remove any individual considered disruptive or incompatible with the group's interests. This includes individuals under the influence of intoxicants or drugs, which might negatively impact the group's experience. Any associated expenses, such as cancellation fees or costs for arranging alternative travel or return arrangements, will be the responsibility of the passenger. Please note that any unused services are non-refundable.
Health Requirements: It is advised to consult your healthcare provider for the most current health recommendations. You can also refer to the Centers for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov) and/or the World Health Organization (http://www.who.int/en/) for their guidelines. If necessary, required vaccinations should be documented by your healthcare professional on a valid vaccination certificate, which you must carry for proof of inoculation if mandated. Participants with certain conditions like heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness are advised against joining these demanding travel programs.
Any individual showing signs of illness, especially with an apparent fever upon arrival or during the tour, will be removed from the group and directed to a local medical facility for evaluation. Only after being cleared by a recognized medical facility will that individual be permitted to rejoin the group.
All expenses related to medical treatment and associated costs, including additional hotel stays or transportation not initially included in the itinerary, will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Tipping: Complete tipping guidelines are as follows:
Host, Drivers, including private cars and motorcoach drivers Tour Guides: $ 5-10 per person per day.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I acknowledge that the travel I am embarking upon involves potentially hazardous activities, carrying risks of illness, injury, or even death. These risks can arise from natural forces, wildlife, insects, plants, negligence of Premier Travel One d/b/a Travel Divas, or actions of known or unknown third parties, whether intentional or criminal. I am aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse, or uncomfortable during the trip. Additionally, medical services or facilities might not be readily accessible throughout the duration of my participation in this trip. To embrace the thrill and joy of this journey, I willingly accept the inherent risks and uncertainties as an integral part of this adventure. I hereby acknowledge and take full responsibility for any risks of illness, injury, or death, including those caused by the negligence of Premier Travel One d/b/a Travel Divas, and agree to absolve Premier Travel One d/b/a Travel Divas from any claims related to third-party negligence.
I comprehend the physical demands of the activities in which I will be engaged, and I do not currently have any known physical, medical, or mental conditions that would hinder my participation or jeopardize my safety in this tour. I am willing to assume any and all risks that may arise, either directly or indirectly, due to such conditions. I authorize Premier Travel One d/b/a Travel Divas or my local ground handler, among others, to arrange any necessary emergency medical treatment and hospitalization without requiring further consent due to my participation in this activity.
VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION: I have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document and fully understand its contents. I confirm that I have willingly applied to join the specified trip (or a trip that I might switch to) andhave thoroughly reviewed the trip description available on the current The Unique Stays website, along with all details included in this application. My participation in this trip is entirely voluntary, and I am fully aware of the potential risks involved. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Unique Stays, and I agree of my own free will.
By booking I agree to these Travel Terms & Conditions and Unique Stays Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Binding Arbitration Clause for myself, each member of my traveling party.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: Unique Stays reserves the right to capture photographs or videos during its trips, and participants hereby provide consent for Unique Stays to utilize these materials for promotional or commercial purposes without the need for compensation to the participant. Unique Stays LLC is not liable for any photographs or videos taken at the event by any other travelers.
